British Troops killed in Kosovo

This Roll of Honour is dedicated to the personnel who died in peacekeeping operations in Kosovo.

Corporal Christian Laine Bond, 1st Battalion The King's Regiment died in a road traffic accident, 20th October 2004.

Private James Carl Rogers, Royal Regiment of Wales. Died of gunshot wounds, on 17th December 2001.

Private Robert Donkin, Black Watch died in Selly Oak Hospital on 14th thNovember 2001 from severe burns which occurred in Kosovo.

Private James Phillip Southworth, Royal Army Veterinary Corp died from a gun shot wound in Kosovo on 2nd September 2001.

Sapper Ian Collins, 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers was died on 27th August 2001 after a lump of concrete hurled through the windscreen of his land rover, near the capital Skopje, Macedonia. He died from his injuries.

Died when their RAF Puma helicopter crashed on 9th April 2001 near Kranacia in southern Kosovo.

Trooper Adam Slater, 9/12th Lancers Prince of Wales Regiment was killed when his armoured car struck a mine on the Kosovo-Macedonia border on 14th April 2001, two other soldiers were injured.

Lance Corporal David John Cronin, The Royal Green Jackets died from a gun shot wound in Pristina on 14th March 2000.

Trooper Daniel David Holt, King's Royal Hussars died following a road traffic accident in Kosovo on 25th July 1999.

Lieutenant Gareth Evans and Sergeant Balaram Rai from 69 Gurkha Field Squadron, 36 Royal Engineers were killed on 21st June 1999 while trying to clear mines and booby traps from a school in Negrovce, 20 miles west of Pristina. Two civilians were killed in the blast and a third injured.
