Site News    August 2008

Please note during the next few weeks or months, BSW will be undergoing some changes. First and foremost you may notice some slight alterations to some pages as we upgrade the website from html to xhtml and bring in additional changes to meet W3C standards and upgrade the website to make additions easier. A sizeable portion of the website has been updated.
The Falklands, Malaya, Memorial, Museum, Suez and The World sections have not been updated as of this time.

If you suffer any problems with viewing the webpages please contact me at the usual address, citing the address of the page, which web browser you are using (Internet explorer, firefox, oprah etc) and what specifically has gone wrong. There will be teasing problems with the conversion and specific combinations of internet software which we cannot test. We appreciate your patience.

As usual, please submit any stories via the Your Story page.
Sadly, we are currently unable to access the stories submitted via the My Story page before July 2007.
If you have already submitted a story before this date and wish to see it published, please forward a copy to james@britains-smallwars.com and we'll endeavour to get the story online.

As always, the Units pages, Vietnams' Rumour Control and the book reviews are ongoing and are usually updated weekly.

We have added many new items to the museum. The Troopship showcase is proving to be very popular with many new additions.  Other new additions have been made to the Borneo and Canal Zone chapters. Thank you to all who have kindly contributed and we apologize for the delay in getting your items into the museum.
