This is a fascinating story of a man who started off as a novice monk, and then became an SAS soldier, an officer in the Sultan of Oman's Army, and finally worked in civil development before leaving Oman.
This book has not been 'ghosted'; it is written the way he speaks. His experiences fighting communist rebels in the Dhofar War are particularly interesting, and tell it how it was.
Once picked up, it cannot be put down. Don't miss it!
